Reviewed the proposed= tax levy for the 2010/2011 school year. Mr. Stark recommends a 0.621 voluntary reduction of the allowed debt service levy, setting the rate at 0.75; and a 0.1191 voluntary reduction of= the allowed operational levy, setting the rate at 4.4425. This results in a total levy of $5= .1925 for the fiscal year, which is the same rate as last year.=

Ø Motion by B= ob Kagarice to approve the 2010/2011 tax levy as proposed, $0.75 debt service = and $4.4425 operational, a total levy of $5.1925. Seconded by Tina Oerke. =
