OLD BUSINESS<= /o:p>

A. Mr. Stark reviewed his research to date regarding the possibility of replacing the bleachers in the gym. Reviewed information and quotes received from two bleacher installation companies. Consensus to proceed with research= , but to make no decision until we have a better idea what our final budget figur= es will be.

NEW BUSINESS

A. Reviewed the Missouri Election Calendar. The filing= dates for the April 5, 2011 Board of Education election are December 14, 2010 thr= ough January 18, 2011. (attached)<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> The three seats that will be up for election are currently held by Gene Morris, Bob Kagarice, and Tina Oerke.

D. Discussed the ball fie= ld lights. They have been taken = down for repairs. Discussed whethe= r it would be better to repair the existing lights or to replace them. Mr. Stark will research cost and b= ring information back to the board.
